FREE BETA · LAST UPDATED 15 OCTOBER 2026

Terms of Use

1. Free beta access

The current beta is free. No payment card or paid subscription is required, and using the beta does not authorise a future charge. Features and content may change, and the beta may be interrupted or discontinued. If paid options are introduced, prices, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before you choose to purchase. Existing free access will not automatically become a paid subscription.

2. Who the beta is for

This beta is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Use your own account and keep its credentials secure. Google, SMS-code and passwordless email-link sign-in are provided through Firebase Authentication when enabled by the organiser. The provider’s account terms also apply. Email-link sign-in uses a one-time link rather than a numeric email code. Different methods may create separate profiles; this site does not automatically merge accounts by email or phone number. SMS availability and charges depend on the project and carrier.

3. Learning and exam preparation

Lessons, sentence exercises, and practice feedback can contain mistakes. Level labels are browsing guides, not certified assessments. Mock tests and accuracy percentages are practice tools, not official TEF, TCF, CEFR, or NCLC results. We do not guarantee an exam pass, immigration outcome, admission, or job offer.

French Gram is not affiliated with or endorsed by the TEF or TCF exam providers. Our practice questions are not an authenticated collection of previous-year exam papers. Confirm registration requirements, current formats, and official results with your test centre.

4. AI and voice features

The interface shows whether live AI is available. When enabled, AI output may be inaccurate and should be checked before relying on it. Audio-based speaking feedback provides tentative learning observations and does not certify pronunciation, spoken fluency, or exam performance. Do not submit confidential information or another person’s recording without permission. Review the Privacy Policy before using voice typing or submitting material to AI services.

5. Your work and permitted use

You retain rights in the writing and recordings you create. When you save or submit work, you permit us and the necessary service providers to process it to provide the feature you requested. This does not grant permission to publish your work as teaching material.

You may use the site for personal learning. Do not attempt to access another learner’s data, bypass security or usage limits, disrupt the service, impersonate others, or submit unlawful content. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect learners and the service.

6. Content rights

The current lesson and sentence practice collection consists of original French Gram learning exercises. You may use and download the supplied study packs for personal learning. Ask the organiser before commercially republishing original French Gram material. Exam names belong to their respective providers; using those names to describe preparation does not imply affiliation. Underlying software, fonts, and other service components retain their own licences and rights.

7. Availability and responsibility

The beta may have bugs, data loss, inaccurate feedback, or unavailable features. Keep copies of work and recordings you want to retain. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or particular learning outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

8. Updates and stopping use

We will date changes to these terms and provide a notice on the site for material changes. You may stop using the beta at any time. Signing out does not delete saved progress. For a request to access, correct, or delete saved information, follow the contact instructions below.

Contact during the beta

For support, content corrections, or privacy requests, contact the French Gram beta organiser through the email or message thread in which you received your invitation. If the link was forwarded, ask the sender to connect you with the organiser. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents.

A public support contact will be added before the wider launch.
